UNDERSTAND YOUR OPTIONS

From a receivable
to a funding decision.

Invoice discounting lets an eligible business seek early payment against an unpaid invoice. DTX connects that business with financiers who review the receivable and propose funding terms.

Prepare your invoice

Start with a genuine unpaid invoice for goods or services supplied to a business buyer.

  • Provide the invoice, buyer details, amount, and due date.
  • Have supporting trade or delivery documents ready if requested.
  • Disclose disputes, existing financing, or restrictions on the receivable.

Compare the full offer

Financiers bid on verified invoices. Compare the terms before choosing whether to proceed.

  • The amount you will receive and when it will be paid.
  • The financier’s discount or financing cost.
  • Staypace’s 0.75% fee and any other applicable charges.
  • The settlement date and each party’s responsibilities.

Follow the settlement

Funding provides early payment to the business. The underlying invoice still needs to be settled.

  • The buyer pays the invoice under the agreed arrangement.
  • The financier receives repayment on the accepted terms.
  • Late payment, disputes, or default may affect repayment.

FOR FINANCIERS & INVESTORS

Review the trade behind the invoice.

Assess the buyer, supporting information, payment date, and proposed terms before bidding. Verification supports the review process; it does not guarantee funding, buyer payment, or investment returns.
